Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group appoints new chairman

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group, a privately owned yacht sales and service organization, has appointed Ken Landon to chairman of the board, said Robert Tomsich, chairman of parent company Nesco Inc., in a press release yesterday.

Landon previously served as president of Key Bank’s marine division for twenty years. He will join George Jousma, president of ARBMG, at the helm of the Fort Lauderdale-based company.

“I am pleased that I was able to have Ken assume these responsibilities and enable me to devote more time for my other responsibilities as the parent company of ARBMG,” outgoing ARBMG chairman Tomsich said. Nesco Inc. is an international consolidated group of companies engaged in diversified manufactured products and services.

“Ken has a superior knowledge of the marine industry,” Jousma said. “His proven leadership and business acumen will ensure that our company continues to be steered on a clear course toward providing our customers with the best possible products, services and facilities, while maintaining our stance and focus as an industry leader.”
