Top 100: Top Dealers

The recreational boating industry’s elite members celebrated the Boating Industry Top 100 Awards during a special 20th anniversary gala on Jan. 22, 2025 on the final evening of the Boating Industry ELEVATE SUMMIT in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Celebrating the 20th year of the Top 100 in 2025, the program continues to honor the best of the best across the entire boating industry, honoring the 40 Under 40, Women Making Waves and the Top Dealers across North America. 

“Across every segment of our industry, we continue to navigate new challenges and thrive in unprecedented successes every day. And as our industry has evolved over the years, Boating Industry’s Top 100 Awards program has followed in evolution to recognize individuals and organizations across all segments to celebrate the best of the best,” Boating Industry editor-in-chief and Top 100 program director Adam Quandt said. “From an industry made up of hundreds of thousands, it’s honor for all of us to celebrate the marine industry’s elite across all segments.” 

Branching from the original roots of the Top 100 program, Boating Industry also honored the 2024 Top Dealers during the Top 100 Awards celebration. 

The Top Dealers portion of the Top 100 Awards is the only independent ranking of boat dealers in North America.

The list recognizes dealerships that are unsurpassed in business operations, professionalism, marketing tactics, customer service and more. The Boating Industry Top 100 has recognized the Top Dealers in North America every year since 2005. 

“This year’s Top Dealers program continued to raise the bar with a variety of newcomers and returning dealers, and wide range of competition,” former Boating Industry editor-in-chief and ELEVATE master of ceremony, David Gee said during the awards. “This year’s Boating Industry Top Dealers list continue to set the pace in sales, customer service and success overall, and certainly continue to provide an example for all dealers across the world.

Nautical Ventures Group was named the 2024 Dealer of the Year.

After breaking into the Top 20 dealers, Nautical Ventures quickly climbed the ranks of the Top Dealers with impressive results again and again, paired with goals and ambitions for continuous improvement in all areas of its business.

Included under the Nautical Ventures banner are eight retail dealerships, one rental operation, two full-service marinas, one rigging facility, one warehouse, a Cruise Ship division, The Weekly Fisherman Radio Show, Northstar Americas RIB Distribution, an Electric Boat Division, a Yacht Division, a Watersports Division, and a Sailboat Division. All working in harmony to provide a unique, single-source recreational marine supplier to the Florida marine marketplace, as well as to North, Central & South America, and to the Caribbean. 

HALL OF FAME HONORED

All members of the Top 100 Hall of Fame were honored at the Top 100 Gala, including Galati Yacht Sales, Gordy’s Lakefront Marine, MarineMax, Prince William Marine Sales and OneWater Marine.

And on this very special 20^th Top 100 Awards anniversary, Boating Industry had the honor of inducting a new member to the Top 100 Hall of Fame, Regal & Nautique of Orlando, the 2022 and 2023 Dealer of the Year.

BEST IN CLASS AWARDS

In addition to the Top Dealers and Hall of Fame, Boating Industry also awarded four Best in Class awards to various dealers. The Best in Class Awards were given to dealers that particularly excelled in one area of their business.

• Clemons Boats – Best Customer Service
• MN Marine Group/Miami Nautique International – Best Industry Advocate
• Off Shore Marine – Best Training
