Larson Boats introduces new bowrider for 2018
Larson Boats has added a new bowrider to its 2018 lineup. The LHX 230 IO is powered by a standard 200-hp Mercury Mercruiser 4.5L Alpha engine or the optional 300-hp Mercury 6.2L Bravo III.
“The LXH 230 IO is a true family boat,” said Rob Parmentier, president of Larson Boats. “Whether you’re a watersports enthusiast or a lounger, you’ll fall in love with the 230 IO’s smooth ride, powerful performance and premium comfort.”
The 230 IO continues the use of the LXH series’ “pickle fork” design. This unique structure creates a wide and deep bow and extra onboard space.
An Xtreme wake tower is provided as an option and a Rockford Fosgate audio system with USB charging station and audio control port are standard.
The 23-foot, 10-inch bowrider has forward seating with fold-down armrests and an optional filler cushion to create a large sunpad, and a built-in chaise lounge with self-draining storage below. A 2-foot wide integrated bolt-on swim platform with optional bow access ladder adds additional space.
“We’re pleased with the success of the LXH line and are thrilled to give boaters another fantastic option for family cruising and watersports,” Parmentier said. “The 230 IO delivers just that, along with some great new features that bolster comfort and convenience.”
