Exuma, ThreeClix to offer mobile sales and service solutions

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla. — Exuma Technologies recently announced an addition to its DockMaster and RVMaster products that will enable mobile communications for both sales and service personnel. ThreeClix allows dealers to respond to customer and prospect inquiries from any smartphone.

By way of Exuma’s WebConnector, leads from prospects and customer inquiries that flow into the ThreeClix mobile application can be synchronized with LeadMaster, the CRM component of DockMaster and RVMaster.

“The combination of DockMaster and ThreeClix will have a very positive impact on the efficiency of our sales team,” Tom Whowell, general partner of Gordy’s Marine, said in a release. “Our sales team is constantly on the move: whether in the showroom, on the water demonstrating a boat or at a boat show. Putting a lead management system in the palm of a sales representative’s hand is far more efficient that tethering them to a computer. I would rather have them spend their valuable time in front of customers than in front of a computer terminal. I am excited for this partnership.”
