PulseTech names new VP
SOUTHLAKE, Texas – PulseTech Products Corp. has appointed Robert “Smokey” White as vice president of sales and marketing-consumer products, the company said in a press release Wednesday.
With more than 25 years of sales, product development and marketing experience in the automotive, heavy-duty, marine, powersports aftermarket and various OE segments, White most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing for Schumacher Electric Corp. based in Mount Prospect, Ill. He has also worked at Midtronics, Inc., Exide Technologies, Yuasa Battery, Inc. and Danaher Corp.
With the help of a recently hired regional sales force, White’s initial assignment with PulseTech will be to lead the commercialization of PulseTech’s research and development with the U.S. military into the launch of the company’s Xtreme Charge battery charger product line. White will focus on gaining new distribution within the automotive, powersports, marine and lawn and garden target market segments. In addition to launching the consumer products division, White will take over management of the sales and marketing efforts for PulseTech’s commercial sales division.
