Taylor Made adds two members to design team
GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. — Taylor Made recently announced two additions to its new product development team: James Hoehn Jr. will serve as director and Ryan Hoban comes in as an industrial designer.
Hoehn has run Terforma, his own luxury goods company, for the last several years. In addition, he worked as senior development engineer for PlugPower, working in fuel cell systems development.
Hoban spent the last seven years as a designer for Konopka Architecture.
“New product development is the life’s blood of any company, especially in difficult market conditions,” said Taylor Made’s vice president of sales and marketing, Mike Oathout. “That’s why we continue to invest heavily in our NPD Team. These talented and experienced engineers will play an important role in creating innovative leading-edge solutions while reducing the turnaround time from drawing board to production line to meet customer requirements.”
Taylor Made Systems manufactures marine glazing systems as well as framed-glass windshield technology for powerboats. Other marine product lines include hatches, doors, window systems, portlights and canvas boat tops.
