Monterey Boats creates marketing manager position

WILLISTON, FL – Monterey Boats has promoted David Stroud to marketing manager, it reported in a recent statement.

“Our company, our breadth of line, and our worldwide dealer network continue to expand, as does our marketing resources and opportunities. David’s new position and increased role at Monterey reflects that growth,” said Monterey Co-Chairman Charles Marshall.

As part of the responsibilities of the new position, Stroud will manage all marketing initiatives for the company, including advertising, photography and video production, collateral development, dealer support materials, corporate displays, website and internet marketing, dealer/partner co-op programs, newsletters and dealer communications, and official merchandise and apparel programs. Before joining Monterey, Stroud was director of marketing for the Florida Aquarium, and vice president/marketing for New York-based Ogden Entertainment.

Monterey Boats, an independent boat manufacturer, has made sport boats, deck boats, sport yachts and cruisers for more than two decades and currently features 22 models ranging from 18 to 38 feet in length.
