Regal Marine Industries founder and chairman honored
ORLANDO, Fla. – Regal Marine’s founder and chairman, Paul Kuck, was inducted into the Mid-Florida Business Hall of Fame during the 26th annual ceremony held Thursday, November 20, at the Rosen Centre, the company reported in a statement today. The local Junior Achievement chapter sponsors the event.
“I’m humbled to have been selected by this honor,” said Kuck. “I’m very proud at what Regal has accomplished in the marine industry, and what Junior Achievement has accomplished in education.”
The annual Mid-Florida Business Hall of Fame business event provides a forum to honor local business legends, and also raises money for expanded student outreach programs through Junior Achievement. The money raised will help assist more than 98,000 local area students during this school year, according to Regal.
Kuck founded Regal in 1969, and he has been the driving force behind the company for many years as its founder and chairman, the company stated. He continues active involvement in all aspects of Regal life today, with a focus on international sales.
Kuck has also served in many industry capacities including a two-year term as chairman of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA).
