Chaparral and Robalo Boats announced Thursday that Martin Rusin has been appointed as their new marketing director.
Rusin will be leading staff in the Chaparral and Robalo marketing department. He will be responsible for conceiving and executing new marketing strategies in addition to directing all of the company’s current communication channels. Rusin will also focus on brand development and expanding the company’s marketing reach.
“I’m excited that Martin will head up our expanding marketing team,” said company Executive Vice President Buck Pegg. “Martin brings vast marine industry experience along with a forward thinking vision of how Chaparral and Robalo will interact with our customers, vendors and dealer network moving forward.”

Every aspect of our marketing will continue to reflect the award winning boats we build and, likewise, be on the cutting edge of the latest trends in communication technology.”
Rusin has an extensive background in the marine industry and comes with nine years of experience as a marketing manager. He has been responsible for developing and overseeing marketing efforts including social media, graphic design, trade show management, collateral materials and digital marketing programs.
