Seattle Yachts named exclusive dealer for Taiwan-based Tayana Yachts
SEATTLE – Seattle Yachts, a boat brokerage company in the Seattle area, has been appointed the exclusive dealer of Tayana Yachts for Washington, Oregon and Western Canada, according to a Seattle Yachts release.
The Taiwan-based Ta Yang Yacht Building Co., builders of Tayana Yachts, has built more than 1,400 since they were founded in 1973. The company produces sailboats ranging from 37 to 70 feet, according to the release.
“[Seattle Yachts’] years in the market, knowledge of fine cruising yachts and reputation for honesty and integrity will make them the perfect partner for us and we look forward to having a presence in the Seattle market,” Nan Hai Chiu, president of Ta Yang Yacht Building Co., said in the release.
Seattle Yachts has plans to have a Tayana 48 Deck Saloon at the September Boats Afloat Show in Seattle.
