Having worked in the service business for more than 30 years, Greg Schneider has gained extensive experience in a wide variety of areas, ranging from technical duties to upper management. He joined Spader Business Management in 1989 and has provided his expertise in many roles, such as a service and parts 20 Group facilitator, workshop instructor, and trainer. Greg has conducted in-depth research and time studies at several dealerships throughout the United States and Canada over the years in addition to attending many technical training courses, seminars, and colleges. Greg has authored and edited flat rate manuals for the marine, RV, and powersports industries, and he specializes in helping business owners turn their service departments into profit centers in addition to structuring incentive programs and pay plans for service departments.
