Kull, Yeargin to speak at National Marina and Boatyard Conference

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Marcia Kull, Senior Vice President of Operations for Genmar, and Bill Yeargin, Executive Vice President of Rybovich Spencer, have signed on as the featured speakers at the 2004 National Marina & Boatyard Conference and Exposition, producers of the show announced today.

The event, which is being held in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., February 4-7, will include two days of professional development seminars, luncheons, and an all-marine industry breakfast.

Bill Yeargin, an 18-year member of the executive team at Rybovich Spencer, is scheduled to lead the General Session titled “Think for Success; Creating a Success Mindset” on Thursday, February 5 at 10:30 am. Bill writes a monthly management column giving practical advice to managers that they can immediately use in their businesses and has also published a book “Yeargin on Management,” which is a compilation of his columns from 1995-2001 and is in its 2nd edition.

Marcia Kull, who was a partner in private practice with the national law firm of Bowman and Brooke before she joined Genmar, will lead the General Session on Friday, February 6 at 9:00 a.m., titled “Voice of a Customer: What Do They Really Want?”
