On the water: The dealership experience
During the 2021 boating season, Boating Industry was lucky enough to have two loaner units from BRP Sea-Doo. We took to the water with a new 2021 RXP-X and GTI SE 170 to a create a new, informative and immersive level of content for personal watercraft riders, both new and veteran. Thank you for joining us on this new journey!

If there’s anything the team here at Boating Industry has talked about more than anything else within our content, it’s customer service and the customer experience.
Especially with the recent sales boom, customer service and a positive experience at the dealership is more important than ever, to ensure that these new and returning customers have the best possible experience and stay on the water.
With the arrival of our loaner 2021 RXP-X and GTI 170 and two-place Sea-Doo Move trailer, the BI team was excited to take what we normally experience through our content and experience it in real life.
While we could’ve gone without the supply chain and inventory delays that many have been facing as they look to the water as a means of escape, it made for a very real experience of the current marketplace.
The team at St. Boni Motor Sports knocked everything out of the park. General manager Mark Niforopulos and the St. Boni staff keep customer service at the forefront with each and every customer, whether it’s a personal watercraft going out the door, or motorcycle or snowmobile.
Despite our previous experience with watercraft, we asked the St. Boni team to give us the full experience by taking us through everything exactly the way they would with a brand new customer.
From running us through various differences from model to model to full walkthroughs on all of the features on our 2021 RXP-X and GTI 170 models, no stone was left unturned by the St. Boni staff. If we had gone into this experience completely unknown, I don’t think a single question could’ve been left after the St. Boni run through and even if there was a question, we’re confident they could’ve answered it no problem.
