Xtreme adds industry veteran to advisory board

WASHINGTON, Mo. – Xtreme Companies, Inc. has named Mike Phillips to the Xtreme advisory board, the company said in a statement today.

Over a twenty-year career, Crownline co-founder Phillips has spearheaded the sales and dealer networks for two other startups, Mariah and Celebrity, which cumulatively delivered an aggregate of over $1 billion in boat sales throughout North America, South America and Europe.

“We consider the addition of Mike as the senior advisor to Xtreme a major coup,” said Kevin Ryan, Xtreme CEO. “As we move to significantly ramp up production and aggressively expand our dealer network, his experience and counsel will be invaluable.”

“The progress that Xtreme has achieved within the last twelve months is remarkable,” Phillips said. “I see another opportunity here to join a team and organization of lifetime marine professionals dedicated to delivering a superior product and developing a major presence within the industry.”
