Marine Mover: Zodiac appoints director of customer care

STEVENSVILLE, Md. – Zodiac of North America (ZNA) has named Tom Hale as the new director of customer care for the company’s recreation and professional divisions, according to a recent statement from Zodiac.

In his new position at Zodiac, Hale will be responsible for implementing several new corporate directives that further enhance the company’s reputation for customer service and quality management. This includes ZNA’s new nationwide Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) program, according to the company.

Prior to joining ZNA, Hale was on the corporate staff of a major U.S. boat manufacturer and served as vice president and technical director of the American Boat & Yacht Council.

“Tom Hale will play an important role in Zodiac’s continuous efforts to stay ahead of the curve for customer care and quality management,” said J.J. Marie, president and CEO of Zodiac.
