New dates announced for Chicago Boat, Sail & RV Show
The Progressive Insurance Chicago Boat, Sail & RV Show will now take place Jan. 9-13, 2019 and Jan. 8-12, 2020. The date change is due to a conflict with the Milwaukee Boat Show and a potential overlap with the Greater Chicago RV Show in Schaumburg.
The decision was based on extensive research, including a survey that went out to all exhibitors, with the majority favoring the new date pattern.
“After careful consideration, research, and talking with our exhibitors and members, we feel the date change is in the best overall interest of our industry, our exhibitors and attendees,” said Keith Ogulnick, show manager. “The cooperation from our partners at McCormick Place and the participating hotels has been astounding and further reassures us the Show will offer exhibitors and attendees a world-class event bringing the best in boating, sailing and recreational vehicles to downtown Chicago.”
