Fiberglass companies merge
IRWINDALE, Calif. — Fiberglass producers Jushi Group and Gibson Fiberglass will be merged and renamed Gibson Fiberglass / Jushi USA, according to a release from the companies.
The change will be effective on March 1.
Joe Peng has been appointed as Jushi International Marketing Director and will be relocated to Jushi headquarters in Tongxiang, China.
Alan Gardiner has been appointed to be the COO of Gibson Fiberglass / Jushi USA.
