ORLANDO, Fla. – Regal Marine will hold a Grand Opening Event introducing the Regal Collection at its new Regal Factory Showroom on Sat., March 20, the company reported in a statement today.
The event will include an official ribbon cutting ceremony, entertainment, food, prizes and tours of the Regal factory. In addition, guests can see and board the 26 sportboats and sportyachts that make up the Regal Collection.
The 15,000-square-foot, air-conditioned showroom is located at Regal’s World Headquarters in Central Florida, adjacent to the Orlando International Airport.
“In this economy, boat dealers have faced difficult challenges, especially keeping large quantities of boats in their inventory. We built the showroom for our dealers so they could present to their customers Regal models they do not have in stock,” said Duffy Stenger, vice president of Sales and Marketing. “If a customer has plans to vacation or conduct business in Central Florida, they can simply take part of a day to see our entire line of boats. Many of our dealers plan to come to Orlando with their customers to show a specific model. Central Florida offers many low-cost options for airfare and travel services that make it practical for our dealers.”
The Regal Collection is presented in an indoor environment, with décor and amenities you would expect to find at a boat show, including wall murals, signage and boats that are clean and ready to be presented, the company stated.
“Our dealers really embraced this concept when they visited during our Dealer Conference in November,” explained Regal President Duane Kuck. “Regal is a company that focuses on building relationships with our dealers and Regal owners. We feel the showroom is the next step in this evolution.”
To take a tour of the Regal factory or to visit the Regal Factory Showroom, visitors must receive a boarding pass. Visitors can receive a boarding pass on the day of their visit by simply coming to Regal World Headquarters in Orlando and registering in the lobby entrance. Visitors can pre-register and receive a boarding pass from work or home by logging onto www.regalboats.com and clicking on the showroom icon.
Factory tours begin at 9:00 a.m. every Monday through Friday. The Regal Factory Showroom is open to the public from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
