UNION, N.J. - Mack Boring & Parts Co., is participating in the new Yanmar Marine Dealer Program to offer its customers greater support, according to a statement from the company yesterday. Utilizing this approach, the Yanmar engines distributor will continue to grow its customer service and support capabilities.
The initiative, created to provide significant focus on boat owners, was released by Yanmar Marine USA Corp., in November. By creating a program of consistency, all customers will receive the same support, no matter where they go for service.
Mack Boring has rated all of its dealers on service, sales, tools and signage and placed them in the appropriate category: Gold Plus, Gold, Silver or Bronze. This classification helps customers understand the level of service that each dealer can provide.
"We are proud to participate in this one-of-a-kind dealer network," said David Winskowicz, Mack Boring's marine dealer sales manager. "Our goal is to provide superior service which will enhance the customer's experience with Yanmar's reliable line of engines."
