Senticore acquires Emerald Powerboats

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Senticore, Inc. (OTC BB: SNIO.OB), a publicly traded holding company, has reported acquiring controlling interest of Emerald Powerboats, Inc. (Other OTC: MRLD.PK), a publicly traded company based in Abilene, Texas, Senticore reported in a statement yesterday.

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed. According to the company, all assets and liabilities of Emerald Powerboats have been removed or settled in preparation for a merger with one of Senticore’s subsidiaries in a plan to bring it public.

Senticore, Inc. said it is focused on the acquisition of diverse businesses and real estate within various industries such as timber and logging, residential & commercial real estate, land development projects, and gaming.
