MarineMax renovates, reopens Minnesota store
CLEARWATER, Fla. – Boating retailer MarineMax is strengthening its Minnesota presence with the renovation and expansion of its Oakdale, Minn., dealership, the company reported in a release this week.
Three months of construction and renovations have given the facility a complete facelift and increased the size of the store to more than 18,500 square feet of indoor display and service space and approximately 30,000 square feet of outdoor display space.
In addition to increasing the shop space and sales floor space, the renovation also added a huge new area for boating gear, where customers can find boating gear for any type of boating adventure, MarineMax said.
“Hundreds of people attended our grand reopening festivities last weekend, and we got very positive feedback on the new store, new look, and especially the new Gear Center,” says Mike Montilino, MarineMax district manager. “We are the only retailer in the Twin Cities market that sells and services everything from million-plus dollar yachts to fishing and sport boats.”
