July Bellwether report shows industry slowdown
MIAMI – Info-Link’s July Bellwether Report – an examination of retail registration data in select major-boating states – shows the continuation of a trend revealed in June, which is a slowdown in the growth spurt many boat brands experienced earlier this year, the company reported in a statement today.
“Although total year-to-date units for 15 ft-plus powerboats are significantly up over last year, the acceleration of growth seems to continue its ebb,” said Jesse Wells, Info-Link’s director of sales & marketing.
