EDGEWATER, Fla. – EdgeWater Powerboats will partner with marine management program provider DealersCircle, Inc, and use its web-based management program, which links manufacturers, dealers and their customers, to enhance customer service, EdgeWater said today.
The company also plans to bring its dealer network aboard in the near future.
The DealersCircle Program requires only a simple Internet connection to order boats, track inventory and process warranty claims. Dealers can also build customer databases, create customer correspondence, generate reports and track trends on all data in the system, the EdgeWater press release reported.
“As our business continues to grow, it has been increasingly important to communicate more effectively and efficiently with our dealer partners,” said Peter Truslow, president of EdgeWater. “DealersCircle will allow us to respond to our dealers more quickly, and consequently our dealers will be able to offer better service to their customers.”
Edgewater said it is also working with DealersCircle on an automated data export to gather and send the pertinent data required by the NMMA CSI Program. EdgeWater will be able to send the data directly to the Avala Marketing Group, which administers the program.
