SUMMERVILLE, S.C. – Zodiac of North America, makers of inflatable boats, RIBs, life rafts, and safety equipment, announced that they will be lending inflatable boat models to support the relief efforts in areas affected by Hurricane Irene.
ZNA has authorized dealers across the northeast to pull models out of their inventory to lend to emergency responders and municipalities. After Hurricane Katrina in 2005, ZNA made the same offer to residents of New Orleans, and found it to be very help to local relief efforts.
The offer will be available through Sept. 15, and Zodiac of North America is asking that borrowed boats be returned in good to great condition. Emergency responders and dealers requesting to use ZNA boats during the relief efforts should contact ZNA directly for assistance.
