Ehlert Boating Group publishes Boat Show All Stars
CARSON, Calif. – Ehlert Boating Media Group has launched the first boat buyer’s guide designed to drive customers to dealers with a free boat show pass in each copy, according to a statement from the company Thursday.
The new annual is called Boat Show All Stars and will be distributed beginning in January on high-visibility newsstands in major markets around the country.
Boat Show All Stars will cover over 100 new boat models for 2006. Each copy will be polybagged with a sticker on the cover promoting a free VIP boat show pass inside.
“Boat Show All Stars is designed to bring boat buyers full circle,” said Wiley Poole, publisher. “First, they can read about the hottest new boats of 2006, then use the free boat show pass to see, touch and buy the real thing.
“The boat show pass will be valid for a number of 2006 shows in markets such as Detroit, Houston, Orlando, Philadelphia, St. Louis, Nashville, Louisville, Daytona Beach and Los Angeles.”
Boat Show All Stars will be produced by the editors of Trailer Boats, Bass & Walleye Boats, Powerboat and WaterCraft World magazines.
“This promises to be the most innovative, influential and effective new-boat buyer’s guide in 2006,” Poole said.
