TowBoatU.S. opens another Texas location
ALEXANDRIA, Va. – TowBoatU.S., has opened a franchise in San Luis Pass, Texas, the company reported in a recent release.
The new TowBoatU.S. San Luis Pass port is the second for owners Capt. Jim and Diane Urban, who also operate TowBoatU.S. Freeport, Texas. Both ports offer “extended” service areas that assist boaters up to 40 miles offshore.
“We can now cover the bays, Chocolate Bayou and ICW from West Bay to the washout just past Alligator Head,” said Capt. Jim Urban.
Boaters in need of towing assistance can reach TowBoatU.S. San Luis Pass 24-hours a day, seven days a week by VHF radio on channel 16; by calling the company directly at 979-233-0700; or through the BoatU.S. toll-free Dispatch Service at 800-391-4869.
