Regal Marine names new marketing manager

ORLANDO, Fla. – Regal Marine has hired Mark Kellum as its marketing manager, the company reported in a recent statement.

Kellum’s responsibilities include assisting Regal’s leadership team in developing and deploying marketing strategies and tactics, as well as providing design and development expertise for marketing collateral, ad campaigns, public relations and media relations, the company explained.

“Mark comes to us with a diverse background and a wide range of skills and talents. Although a veteran in the marine manufacturing industry, he brings fresh perspectives having provided marketing services in other industries such as hospitality, insurance, resorts and entertainment,” commented Duane Kuck, president and CEO of Regal Marine. “We believe that Mark will prove to be a valuable asset to Regal as we successfully navigate the present tough economic environment that our industry is experiencing and emerge as a stronger more agile company.”

Marks background includes five years as vice president of creative for Kenton Smith Advertising & Relations. He also owned and managed a boutique advertising and marketing company for over 10 years with national and international clients such as Red Lobster, Olive Garden, AAA, GE Financial Services, Harvest Insurance Companies, Harcourt Brace and many others.
