WILLOWS, Calif. – Marine insurance provider R.A. Belter Insurance Agency has hired Doug Rader as its new regional vice president, the company reported in a recent statement.

Rader will oversee the operations of the company’s western region, which includes California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho and Hawaii.
Rader has specialized in the placement of marine insurance for over twenty five years. He and Dana, his wife of twenty three years, reside in Lodi, Calif.
