Bausch American Towers adds director of sales

STUART, Fla. — Bausch American Towers has created a sales director position to be filled by industry veteran Mike Goebel, it reported in a recent statement.

The manufacturer is also celebrating the fall opening of a new location at the Wanchese, NC.-based Seafood Industrial Park.

Goebel brings decades of experience in the tower business amassed from his starting days as an installer and his later sales and leadership experience as general manager and vice president of the same company, according to Bausch. Most recently, Goebel was director of sales for the Bertram line at Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group.

“Bausch is innovative, progressive, and committed to fabricating and installing the finest products on world-class boats,” stated Goebel. “I know their customers and products first-hand, and could not be more at home here. I’m looking forward to helping them soar to new levels of dominance in the tower marketplace.”

Following their strategic plan of centrally locating within highly trafficked marine industry business parks, Bausch’s new Wanchese location is intended to serve the dozens of boat building and repair facilities located there. Service can be performed in its 8,000 sq. ft. facility or in its adjacent in-water berth, according to the company.

Tim Ehling will bring his more than 20 years of tower and fabrication experience and customer service skills to serve as the Wanchese facility manager. Wanchese facility oversight and business correspondence will be handled by Bausch’s Beaufort Facility General Manager Tim Daly until this location is fully operational later this year.

“It is a testament to our dedicated team of craftsmen and our second-to-none level of service that the demand for our Bausch products and services has given rise to our steady growth since we opened our doors 30 years ago,” commented Bausch American Towers President Tim Bausch. “Mike Goebel and another new facility opening are all part of our plan to provide customers from the U.S. and beyond with the opportunity to go above and beyond with a Bausch tower.”
