Marine Mover – Rosberg joins Brunswick Boat Group

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Mike Rosberg has joined the Brunswick Boat Group as its vice president of supply chain, the company said in a statement yesterday. In this role, Rosberg will be responsible for BBG’s strategic sourcing organization and its logistics operations.

Rosberg will assume many of the duties of Bill Gress, who was recently named president of Brunswick’s new Latin America Group.

Rosberg joins BBG after 10 years with Maytag Corp., where most recently he was the vice president of international procurement. Prior to Maytag, Rosberg spent 16 years at Deere and Co. as manager of coordinated purchasing and director of international purchasing. Rosberg also was at Mercury Marine, another Brunswick unit, from 1994 to 1995. At Mercury, Rosberg was director of purchasing and director of corporate purchasing.

Rosberg holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Northern Iowa and studied Japanese at the Inlingua School of Languages.
