Marine Movers: BoatTraderOnline.com adds three to its advertising team

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — BoatTraderOnline.com, an online classified boating Web site, has added Cathleen Johnson, Diane Smith and Christine Pasterczyk to its national advertising team, the company reported Wednesday.

In their new positions, Johnson, Smith and Pasterczyk will be responsible for developing online campaigns to meet the needs of manufacturers and service providers in all areas of the marine industry, according to the company.

Johnson comes to BoatTraderOnline.com with over 10 years of sales and marketing experience, including several years in the marine industry. In her previous position with Boat Ventures, a division of Reynolds & Reynolds Corp., she worked with boating manufacturers and dealers to develop national Co-Op marketing programs and e-commerce initiatives, the company reported.

Smith most recently held the position of Regional Account Manager with Trader Distribution Services, a division of Trader Publishing Co. She managed the distribution of the company’s free magazine titles in major distribution chains across the country, and developed relationships with outside publishers to lease out space in those same distribution outlets.

Pasterczyk has a strong focus in sales, communications and technical development, and played a key role in launching and managing comprehensive Co-Op partnerships with Tracker Marine Group and MarineMax, stated the company.
