New powerboat registrations up 3.8 percent in August

Preliminary data for August 2018 shows new powerboat registrations were up 3.8 percent on a rolling 12-month year-over-year basis (R12M YOY).

This new data has been updated and is currently reflected in the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s New Powerboat Registrations Report.

Tow boats and personal watercraft led growth, up 8 and 6 percent R12M YOY, respectively.
