Twitchell Technical Products acquires Infinity Woven Products
Highlander Partners’ portfolio company, Twitchell Technical Products, a manufacturer of engineered polymer fabrics and coated films, announced Friday its acquisition of Infinity Woven Products, a provider of floor and wall coverings to the marine, RV, aerospace and other markets.
Founded in 2008, Infinity manufactures and distributes floor and wall coverings using its “Luxury Woven Vinyl.” All products are UV-stable, resistant to fading, and include antimicrobial technology.
