OneWater Marine acquires two Kentucky dealerships
OneWater Marine Holdings has added Lookout Marine of Somerset and Sea Ray of Lake Cumberland of Bronston, Kentucky, to its network of dealerships.
It is the second acquisition of the year for the Atlanta-based company, following Florida’s SunDance Marine in February. OneWater was formed in 2014 with the merger of Boating Industry Top 100 dealer Singleton Marine and 2012 and 2013 Top 100 Dealer of the Year Legendary Marine. OneWater’s holdings now include more than 20 locations, including former Top 100 dealers Rambo Marine and Phil Dill Boats.
Jimmy and Jimbob Troxtell, former owners of Lookout and Sea Ray of Lake Cumberland, will continue to operate both dealerships under the consolidated name of Lookout Marine.

Sea Ray of Lake Cumberland will change its name to Lookout Marine but continue to operate from its current location in Bronston, Kentucky. All existing personnel will remain with the company and Lookout will continue to offer Sea Ray, Bayliner, Bennington, Lund and Avalon boats, plus loose outboards from Mercury, Honda and Yamaha, the company said.
