Coach Pontoons, Forest River settle dispute over Xcursion name
Xcursion Marketing Group and Forest River have reached a resolution to the dispute over the Xcursion brand name.
Chris Riddle, president/CEO of Xcursion Marketing Group and Coach Pontoons said in a statement that the companies “have reached a business resolution” and that Forest River has transferred to Xcursion Marketing Group (XMG), the product name “XCURSION” related to the Xcursion Pontoon Boat effective April 1, 2016.
More information will be forthcoming about Xcursion, Riddle said.
