New York, N.Y. – Molo announced it has been selected to serve as the technology platform for North Cove Marina at Brookfield Place in Downtown Manhattan.
Molo’s platform provides simple to use cloud-based iPad and web tools for marina management, which the company says will enhance the customer experience as well as maximize operational efficiencies. The technology developed by Molo provides a user-friendly web portal allowing customers to pay for and confirm slip agreements. Customers will also be able to pay by credit card dockside with digital signatures on an iPad. In addition, Molo generates custom email receipts, which are optimized for viewing on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
For the marina team at IGY’s North Cove Marina at Brookfield Place, the Molo platform will provide increased communication and efficiency through task tracking and web-based management reports. Customer service will also be enhanced as the system continuously provides operational insights through generated reports.
Consisting of 14 marinas throughout eight different countries, IGY Marinas services over 100,000 customers, including 8,000 unique vessels annually. North Cove Marina at Brookfield features 18 slips with four megayacht berths accommodating vessels up to 180 feet in length.
