Howard Boats partners with Menace Marine
VALENCIA, Calif. – Howard Custom Boats is teaming up with Dustin Richter of Menace Marine to provide full service repair and factory authorized Mercury Marine/Mercruiser service out of its new, larger facility in Valencia, Calif.
Richter is a certified Mercruiser technician with five years at GT Performance and a background in motor repair and service, stern drive repairs and upgrades, and high performance motor modifications, as well as trailer repair.
Howard Boats will be hosting a grand opening of the new Valencia location on Jan. 21 from 11-2 p.m.

Hi, would you be able to help me I bought a 21ft Howard power boat to ship to Australia and I need to get something in writing to say that there made in the US so customs over here will clear the boat .
