FYBA announces October seminar topics
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Florida Yacht Brokers Association (FYBA) recently announced the agenda for this year’s Charter Education & Destinations Seminar to be held Oct. 12 at the Bahia Mar Yachting Center & Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The seminar topics for this year include Technology Aboard Yachts, Diary of a Charter Agent, a Great Lakes Report on the motoryacht Captivator , a presentation on megayacht initiatives in St. Lucia and marinas in Coast Rica, Newport, N.J., and Puerto Rico, and a Panama and Brazil update.
The presentation on megayacht initiatives in St. Lucia and marinas in New Jersey and Puerto Rico will be presented by IGY Marinas. Pat Codere of Fraser Yachts will present Diary of a Charter Agent and Capt. Graham Barnes will be providing the Great Lakes Report.
There will also be a legal panel discussion.
Following the seminar there will be a Charter Brokers Open House held at the Bahia Mar Marina. Info and registration can be found at FYBA.org.
