FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Vicem Yachts Inc., the U.S. sales and service operation for Vicem Yachts, has added to its roster of brokers in the U.S., according to a release.
The new brokers are Gary Smith and Jason Mashke from Sarasota Yacht & Ship in Sarasota, Fla., representing the West Coast of Florida region; Noelle Semmes from American Global Yacht Group, representing three mid-Atlantic states from its Maryland locations in Grasonville and Ocean City; and Russ Forkert from Yacht Works in Sister Bay, Wis., representing the Lake Michigan region.
“Our team is growing very quickly,” Dirk Boehmer, president of Vicem Yachts Inc., said in the release. “We believe there is a significant, untapped U.S. market for Vicem yachts, and we are further developing a qualified group of professionals to represent us in new markets.”
Sarasota Yacht & Ship has been at its Main Street location in Sarasota for more than 20 years. Gary Smith and Jason Mashke are co-presidents and certified professional yacht brokers.
Maryland-based American Global Yacht Group broker Noelle Semmes will represent Vicem in Maryland, Virginia and Delaware.
Russ Forkert is the president of Yacht Works. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard 100 Ton Operators license and has run boats all over the Caribbean, East Coast and Great Lakes. “I share my passion for boats and my knowledge of boating with all my clients and they appreciate that level of enthusiasm and expertise,” Forkert said in the release.
