LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Boating Magazine has entered into an agreement with iboats, inc. through which the magazine will provide its brokerage clients with listings of their boats in iboats’ classifieds, the companies reported in a recent statement.
“We believe that iboats is the leading marine web organization, so adding them as a marketing partner dramatically expands our presence online, to the benefit of all our brokerage clients,” said magazine publisher Wade Luce.
Bruno Vassel IV, SVP of iboats, inc., said the company’s online classifieds have been visited by millions of additional potential boat buyers over the last year.
“This dramatic increase in viewers makes our services an even more valuable sales tool for all brokers and dealers,” he stated. “iboats aligning with Boating Magazine is a very positive step in generating greater sales for all participating parties.”
iboats, inc., located in Salt Lake City, Utah is a privately held corporation. Boating is published by Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., Inc. (HFM U.S.), the New York-headquartered subsidiary of Hachette Filipacchi Médias, a division of Lagardère SCA.
