FYBA announces agenda for seminar
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — The Florida Yacht Brokers Association will host its 6th Annual West Coast of Florida Listing to Closing & the Law Seminar August 16 in Sarasota, Fla. The event will be sponsored by Nelson Hesse, LLP; Total Dollar Insurance and YachtWorld.
Topics will include: Broker’s Duty to Disclose, Restraints, Avoiding Misrepresentations and E&O Coverage, as well as recent changes to ABYC Standards and Social Media Marketing.
The session also will include a panel discussion on a variety of issues important to brokers, including: Issues Facing Brokers in 2011; Marketing in a Global Economy; Custom Yacht Design Issues; and The Art of Negotiating.
The registration fee is $60 for FYBA members and $150 for non-members.
