Bonuses approved for MPX officers
ATLANTA – The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Marine Products Corp. has approved discretionary annual bonuses for 2007 for certain of its executive officers, the company reported in a Form 8-K filing.
A cash bonus of $110,000 was approved for Richard A. Hubbell, the company’s president and chief executive officer, while a bonus of $70,000 was approved for vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer Ben M. Palmer.
Chairman R. Randall Rollins was approved to receive a bonus of $139,000 and a bonus of $25,000 was approved for Linda H. Graham vice president and secretary.
