STEVENSVILLE, Md. – Zodiac of North America recently launched a key upgrade to its dealer and customer services by integrating its entire warranty center network into the DealersCircle’s Web-based warranty administration program, the company said this week in a release.
Approximately 100 ZNA service centers for Zodiac, AVON and Bombard brand recreational inflatable boats and rigid-hull inflatable boats are now linked on the Web-based system that ties together manufacturers, dealers and customers.
“Our new partnership with DealersCircle will make it easier and faster to manage warranties, and improve customer relations,” said Tom Hale, director of customer care for Zodiac of North America. “We’ve already received positive feedback on the new system from several of our customers. Our dealers like it because they get a response to their request in a matter of hours.”
