Kenton Smith agency wins national Quintrex account

ORLANDO, Fla. – Kenton Smith Advertising & Public Relations, Inc. has officially been named agency of record for the United States for Quintrex Boats, an Australian manufacturer of aluminum boats, ranging in length from 12 to 22 feet in length, the agency reported today.

According to Quintrex’s recently appointed U.S. and Canada Vice President of Sales and Marketing Eric King, Kenton Smith will serve in a full-service agency capacity, handling public relations, advertising and media initially, with creative responsibilities gearing up for the 2005 model year.

“Quintrex is the leading brand of fishing boats in the Australian market, and has aggressively committed to developing a U.S. presence,” said King, a long time marketing veteran of the U.S. aluminum market. “While the company’s initial focus has been in the Northeast market, Quintrex is now poised to launch its product line and dealership representation on more of a targeted national scale.
