Cobalt Boats 2017 dealer meeting honors top dealers
Cobalt recently held its 2017 dealer meeting in Neodesha, Kan., and recognized its top customer satisfaction dealers at the event.
Recognition of the outstanding and total dedication to customer satisfaction by the Cobalt and Marker One dealers remains a key highlight to the company’s annual dealer event, according to the company.
“These Customer Satisfaction awards are the ultimate recognition of our dealer partners and they work hard to earn it. One third of our dealer organization had a perfect score of 100 determined by 30-75 surveys returned. It is my absolute honor to work daily with a dealer organization who continues to exceed customer expectations,” says Debbie Meigs, customer service specialist at Cobalt Boats.
Top dealers recognized for their level of customer satisfaction included:
- Most Improved CSI: Brunnert Grimm, Switzerland
- International CSI: Zenith for Imports/Exports, Egypt
- Northeast CSI: German Bros Marina, Canandaigua, New York
- Southeast CSI: Tom George Yacht Sales, Dunedin, Florida
- Western CSI: Great Lake Marine, Littleton, Colorado
Central and Worldwide CSI Award went to Boating Industry Top 100 Hall of Fame dealer Gordy’s Lakefront Marine, Fontana, WI, for the fourth year in a row
Also recognized at the meeting were the Top International Dealer, Zenith Import/Export, Egypt and Rookie of the Year, Motonautica from Spain.
In addition, the Top 10 dealers were announced as well as the World’s Largest Cobalt Boats and Marker One Dealer.
