Legendary names Lendzion to marina development post

DESTIN, Fla. – Legendary Marina Management, a division of Legendary Marine, today announced the appointment of Pam Lendzion to director of marina development. In this capacity, Lendzion will be responsible for the research and business development of third-party marina management opportunities.

Prior to joining Legendary, Lendzion served as CEO of MarineTec Management Company and provided management, consulting and training services, including marine project management, marine services development, marina facility planning and construction, marina resort start-up and operations, plus boat yard operations. She previously helped Marinas International develop its third party management division and also served as COO of Vinings Marine Group. An active boater, she also holds a 100-ton USCG Masters License.

Currently Lendzion serves as president of the American Boat Builders and Repairers Association (ABBRA), is the incoming chair of the Marine Industry Training and Education Council (MITEC), and is an International Marina Institute (IMI) faculty member, teaching leadership skills to marina and boatyard managers. She is a member of the IMBC Steering Committee and Editorial Board, and a past president of the Marine Industries Association of Northeast Florida. She often speaks at industry conferences regarding best management practices.
