Marina Holdings Acquires Irwin Marine
Marina Holdings LLC just acquired Irwin Marine, a marine dealership and service provider serving the Lake Winnipesaukee region. The transaction is being completed in partnership with Resilient Marinas.
Under the structure of the agreement, Marina Holdings will manage and operate the sales and service business activities of Irwin Marine, according to the company, while Resilient Marinas will own the marina property and real estate assets.
“Irwin Marine has built an outstanding reputation in the New Hampshire market,” said Steve Arnold, owner of Marina Holdings LLC, in a news release. “With the support of Resilient Marinas, we will be able to invest in the business, support the team and continue delivering the high level of service customers expect.”

Irwin Marine will continue operating under its trusted name, with its experienced team remaining in place, according to the company. Day-to-day operations, customer relationships and service standards will remain consistent, with the goal of enhancing—not changing—the foundation already in place.
