Merle Wood and Associates announces Bahia Mar expansion

Merle Wood & Associates announced the opening of its new Production & Custom Division office at the Bahia Mar Yachting Center. As part of the expansion, the company will create several new yacht brokerage jobs.

The 2,000-square-foot office will welcome existing brokers as well as new brokers and support staff, as Merle Wood & Associates said it is looking forward to continuing to add yacht brokerage jobs. The office will focus on the production sector of the market, such as Azimut, Ferretti, Sunseeker, and Hatteras yachts. The company’s longtime office on Las Olas Boulevard will continue to serve as its global headquarters.

Merle Wood & Associates will display more than a dozen yachts at the 2019 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, which is based at Bahia Mar and runs from Oct. 30 – Nov. 3, 2019.
