Galeon Yacts names MarineMax Fort Myers top retailer
Galeon Yachts presented MarineMax Fort Myers with top accolades as the No. 1 retailer in the world for the second year in a row.
On May 16, 2019, a small group of people toasted the global success of the Galeon Yachts Brand. The celebration took place at Deep Lagoon Seafood and Oyster House, an on-water restaurant that overlooks the channel by MarineMax Fort Myers. With several yachts in the background, the President of Galeon Yachts, Jacek Kobylko, and Galeon Brand Manager, Bob Burke, presented MarineMax Fort Myers’ Management team with the 2018 award for top retailer in the world, two years running.
“We were very proud to present the MarineMax Fort Myers team with this prestigious award for the second year in a row. Their commitment to the Galeon brand and their unwavering commitment to world class customer service has ensured that this well-deserved accolade was repeated in 2018,” said Bob Burke, Galeon Brand Manager.
“Our sales and service teams have been so successful with Galeon because we embraced the brand early on knowing it was a great fit for our Gulf Coast boaters,” said Ryan West, MarineMax Fort Myers General Manager. “The ride quality, comfort, style, and functionality appeal to our current customer base, and would certainly attract new clients through boat shows and events. It’s been exciting to be at the forefront of releasing Galeon to the US market. We are honored, and through commitment and dedication, will work even harder to make sure we receive this award again in 2019.”
