Boating Industry Intelligence You Can Profit From
NEWPORT, R.I. — Environmental groups and sailors hosted “Trash Bash” on July 11-13, an event to clean trash and debris from the Newport harbor.
The event was organized by Clean the Bay, Sailors for the Sea and the Rozalia Project. Youth from the Newport public sailing center helped in the effort.
Newport Harbor is one of the state’s busiest.
The event concluded with a free public event at the Sail Newport sailing center.
